Resolution waiving the competitive bidding process and authorizing an agreement with InfoCor for City Hall audio/visual system upgrades for 2026 CIP Project 9998

WHEREAS, the 2026 Capital Improvement Program includes funding for upgrades to the City Hall audio/visual systems for the Common Council Chambers and committee rooms as CIP Project 9998; and
WHEREAS, InfoCor installed the original system in 2020, including the equipment, wiring and cabling, and system programming, and has maintained the system; and
WHEREAS, due to InfoCor's familiarity with the existing system, City staff have determined that InfoCor is best suited to perform the targeted upgrades and efficiencies included in CIP Project 9998; and
WHEREAS, funds for this work are included in the 2026 Capital Budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Wauwatosa that the competitive bidding process for 2026 CIP Project 9998 is hereby waived, and the appropriate City officials are authorized to enter into an agreement with InfoCor for City Hall audio/visual system upgrades.
