A. Issue
ALM MW, LLC, d/b/a Renaissance Hotel Milwaukee, has applied for a new Class “B” Beer and Reserve “Class B” Liquor license for the premises located at 2300 N. Mayfair Road for the 2026-2027 licensing period.
B. Background/Options
ALM MW, LLC is taking over ownership and operations of the Renaissance Milwaukee Hotel. This is an ownership change, and not a change in the scope of operations or alcohol service at the hotel.
Background checks were conducted on the Agent, Chantal Bancher, and two corporate officers, and no violations substantially related to licensing activities were found. The agent meets all other qualifications of Wis. Stat. Ch. 125.

Finance: No outstanding taxes or fees.
D. Recommendation
I recommend the Common Council grant a new Class “B” Beer and Reserve “Class B” Liquor license to ALM MW, LLC, d/b/a Renaissance Hotel Milwaukee, 2300 N. Mayfair Road, Chantal Bancher - Agent, for the period ending June 30, 2027
