WHEREAS, the Wauwatosa Village BID has requested a Special Event Permit for the Tosa Village Classic (Tour of America's Dairyland) event on June 29, 2025, located at State Street, Harmonee Avenue, Wauwatosa Avenue, Blanchard Street, 72^nd Street from 7:30 AM until 8:30 PM; and

WHEREAS, the Government Affairs Committee reviewed the request and recommends approval.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Special Event Permit is hereby approved for the Tosa Village Classic (Tour of America's Dairyland) event on June 29, 2025 from 7:30 AM until 8:30 PM.
