Resolution approving an encroachment request by Giles Engineering on behalf of H-D Capitol Drive LLC to install five groundwater monitoring wells in the city’s right-of-way at 11800 W. Capitol Drive

WHEREAS, an application has been made to the City of Wauwatosa by Sam Synder of Giles Engineering on behalf of H-D Capitol Drive LLC to encroach upon City property to install five groundwater monitoring wells within the Harley Davidson right-of-way adjacent to 11800 W. Capitol Drive; and
WHEREAS, the Common Council is willing to grant said encroachment subject to the execution of a hold harmless/encroachment agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Wauwatosa that the requested encroachment to install five groundwater monitoring wells within the City right-of-way adjacent to 11800 W. Capitol Drive is approved, subject to the Applicant executing a hold harmless/encroachment agreement in favor of the City.
