Resolution approving application for temporary extension of licensed premises by JOFMO LLC, d/b/a Lucky Joe’s Alchemy and Eatery, 1427 Underwood Avenue, for Tosa Fest on September 11-12, 2026

WHEREAS, JOFMO LLC, d/b/a Lucky Joe’s Alchemy and Eatery, 1427 Underwood Avenue, has requested a temporary extension of the licensed premises for Tosa Fest on Friday, September 11, 2026, from 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM, and Saturday, September 12, 2026, from 11:00 AM - 10:00 PM; and
WHEREAS, the temporary extended premises will include a 10’ x 10’ tent on Underwood Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department reviewed the application and reported no concerns.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT JOFMO LLC, d/b/a Lucky Joe’s Alchemy and Eatery, 1427 Underwood Avenue, is hereby authorized to temporarily extend its licensed premises, in accordance with the application on file with the City Clerk, for Tosa Fest on Friday, September 11, 2026, from 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM, and Saturday, September 12, 2026, from 11:00 AM - 10:00 PM.
