21-47/48 Zoo Interchange North Leg (WisDOT Project)
• Work and lane closures continue at the freeway overpasses at North Avenue and Mayfair Road to accommodate work overhead on the freeway structures.
• The contractor has closed a lane on WB North Avenue to facilitate their work. This is expected to continue to remain one lane thru 114th St. thru late May/Early June.
• Work is expected to start on pavement on the North Avenue Ramps to and from NB I41/USH45.
22-05 - 103rd St. Storm Sewer Relay
• Contractor working on restoration around the properties on the south end of the project near North Ave and installing catch basins and leads.
• The contractor anticipates starting to receive the 5x6 box culvert sections the week of May 1st to continue north with the storm sewer relay on 103rd St.
22-08 - N 68th St.
• A punch list is being developed for the contractor for 68th St.
• Street lighting work is being coordinated with WE Energies for the cabinet replacement around 66th & Cedar.
22-60 - DPW Garage Floor Drain Reconstruction
• The resinous flooring is installed and the project is substantially complete.
Project 1107 - North Avenue Reconstruction
• The contractor shifted traffic on Tuesday, 4/25 into Stage 1.
• The contractor is intending to start water main work late the week of April 24th near Mayfair Rd and work to the east.
• The contractor is intending on bringing in a second crew to follow the water main crew with the storm sewer installation the week of May 1st.
23-19 - 2023 Sidewalk Program
• Remarking of sidewalk is complete and letters were sent to residents on April 14th.
• Work is expected to start in early to mid-May.
