21-47/48 Zoo Interchange North Leg (WisDOT Project)

•                     Work on the freeway continues with various impacts for access and construction on Mayfair Rd for bridge work.

•                     Most work on along North Avenue (including adjacent streets), 112^th & 113^th is complete.

•                     The North Leg landscaping contract has a preconstruction meeting scheduled for 2/7 which is scheduled to complete the remaining final restoration along North Avenue (including adjacent streets), 112^th & 113^th this spring/early summer.

22-05 - 103^rd St. Storm Sewer Relay

•                     Work is starting possibly March 2^nd/3^rd with preliminary work.

•                     Additional preliminary work will be completed the week of March 6^th with work continuing to ramp up over the next couple weeks.

22-08 - N 68^th St.

•                     Electrical work is pending the arrival of specific materials.  The contractor intends to begin installation of these materials once available.

22-60 - DPW Garage Floor Drain Reconstruction

•                     The resinous flooring in the wash bay is scheduled for installation in April, 2023 when wash out of various vehicles can take place outside until the resinous floor is complete.
