Consideration of award of Contract 26-11 / Project 10262, 2026 Green Alley to All-Ways Contractors, Inc. in the amount of $307,635.55.
B. Background/Options
The project consists of green alley construction including permeable pavers, storm sewer underdrain installation, and storm sewer lining within project limits. Project limits are the alley from Mayfair Rd to 102nd St, between North Ave and Beverly Pl. The work is planned for the 2026 construction season.
We have examined the 2 bids submitted for Contract 26-11 / Project 10262, 2026 Green Alley on Wednesday, April 15, 2026. The bids received are as follows:
All-Ways Contractors, Inc. $307,635.55
LaLonde Contractors, Inc. $319,609.11
