Resolution approving application for a new Class "B" Beer and Reserve "Class B" Liquor license by ALM MW, LLC, d/b/a Renaissance Hotel Milwaukee, 2300 N. Mayfair Road, Chantal Bancher - Agent, for the period ending June 30, 2027

WHEREAS, ALM MW, LLC, d/b/a Renaissance Hotel Milwaukee, located at 2300 N. Mayfair Road, has applied for a new Class "B" Beer and Reserve "Class B" Liquor license; and
WHEREAS, background checks were conducted on the agent and corporate officers, and no violations substantially related to licensing activities were found; and
WHEREAS, the agent meets the qualifications of Wis. Stat. Ch. 125.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT a new Class "B" Beer and Reserve "Class B" Liquor license be granted to ALM MW, LLC, d/b/a Renaissance Hotel Milwaukee, Chantal Bancher - Agent, located at 2300 N. Mayfair Road, for the period ending June 30, 2027.
