Resolution approving an amended State Municipal Agreement with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation for the STH 181 resurfacing project (CIP #1126)

WHEREAS, the State Municipal Agreement between the City of Wauwatosa and the Wisconsin Department of Transportation for the STH 181 resurfacing project, CIP #1126, has been updated with new estimated design and construction costs; and
WHEREAS, the amended agreement supersedes the previous agreement approved by WisDOT on April 2, 2024.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Wauwatosa that the proper City officials are authorized to execute the amended State Municipal Agreement with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation for the STH 181 resurfacing project, CIP #1126.
