A. Issue
6930 Bar LLC, d/b/a Walter’s on North Ave, has requested an extension of licensed premises on August 1, 2026 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM and September 19, 2026 from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
B. Background/Options
The applicant is requesting temporary extensions of premises for the following outdoor events that will use the full parking lot:
1. On August 1, 2026 the business plans to host a community event with the Cousins Maine Lobster food truck, small vendors, and music.
2. September 19, 2026 - Walters Fest The business will hold its Third Annual Walters Fest with food, music, and vendors from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The extension is requested to permit alcohol service and event activities throughout the parking lot.

If acceptable, recommend the Common Council approve the application for temporary extension of licensed premises by 6930 Bar LLC d/b/a Walters’ on North, 6930 W. North Avenue, for events on August 1, 2026 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM and September 19, 2026 from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
