A. Background/Options
The applicant is requesting approval of a Conditional Use Permit to expand an existing Sports & Recreation, Participant (Indoor) facility (Wisconsin Athletic Club) in the Special Purpose - Medical Center (SP-MED) District at 8700 W. The additional space is proposed within the buildings lower level, which was previously occupied by a dental office and medical office.
