A. Issue
The Wauwatosa Village Business Improvement District (BID) has applied for a special event permit for Tosa Fest on Friday, September 11 and Saturday, September 12, 2026. The event will take place on State Street, Harwood Avenue, and Underwood Avenue in the Wauwatosa Village.
B. Event Details
Tosa Fest is a street festival featuring live music on three stages, food and beverage, marketplace vendors, and creative experiences in Root Common Park and on Underwood Avenue.
C. Department Reviews/Fees
Police: Service fees and detailed plans will be determined closer to the event date. Recommend for approval.
Fire: Service fees and detailed plans will be determined closer to the event date. Recommend for approval.
Public Works: Service fees and detailed plans will be determined closer to the event date. Recommend for approval.
Health: No issues. An inspector will be assigned to the event.
City Attorney: No issues.
