A. Issue
Walgreen Company has appointed a new agent for the "Class A" Combination Beer/Liquor License for Walgreens #10196, 6600 W. State Street.
B. Qualifications
A criminal background check was conducted. There were no violations substantially related to licensing activities and/or no habitual offenses. The Agent meets all other qualifications.
C. Requested Action
If acceptable, recommend the Common Council approve the application for appointment of successor Agent, Austin Korth, for Walgreen Company, d/b/a Walgreens #10196, 6600 W. State Street.
