Dear Board Members:

Stark Pavement Corp has completed the work for the 2024 Street & Utility Improvements under Contract 24-07/Project Number 324000007. The work took place on N 115th St, N Colonial Dr, & W Sarasota Pl.

The final contract value is $973,385.00. The original base bid was $989,999.00. The final amount due to the contractor is $239,639.47

The final contract value is less than the original bid amount by $16614 due to liquidated damages incurred.

I hereby certify that the work on Contract 24-07/Project 324000007 was completed in a manner satisfactory to the City of Wauwatosa and recommend acceptance of the same by the Board of Public Works.
