Resolution approving the execution of a Green Infrastructure Funding Agreement (G98005P192) with the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District (MMSD) for a Green Alley project at N. 102nd Street and North Avenue, Project 10262

WHEREAS, the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District has created a funding mechanism to assist municipalities in installing green infrastructure practices; and
WHEREAS, the City of Wauwatosa proposes to construct a Green Alley at N. 102nd Street and North Avenue, Project 10262, including replacement of standard concrete with permeable pavers; and
WHEREAS, MMSD will provide funding assistance in the amount of $245,741.44 for the project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Wauwatosa that the proper City officials are hereby authorized to execute Green Infrastructure Funding Agreement G98005P192 with the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District for Project 10262 in the amount of $245,741.44.
