A. Issue
Engineering is requesting approval of plans and specifications for the Hart Park Restroom project.
B. Background/Options
Engineering has prepared the attached plans and specifications for the Hart Park Restroom project. The work includes the installation of a prefabricated restroom structure and associated site improvements. The work is planned for the 2026 construction season.

Project 8037 has been included in the approved 2026-2030 Capital Budget.
E. Recommendation
Staff recommends approval of the plans and specifications and authorization be granted to the City Clerk to advertise for bids on Contract 26-10, Hart Park Restroom.
