A.                     Issue

Engineering is requesting approval of plans and specifications for Contract 26-07 / Project 1026 / 2026 Street & Utility Improvements. Project limits include Perry Court, Laurel Court, and Maple Terrace from 76th Street to 75th Street.

 

 

B.                     Background/Options 

Engineering has prepared the attached plans and specifications for this Street & Utility Improvements project. Project limits include Perry Court, Laurel Court, and Maple Terrace from 76th Street to 75th Street. The work is planned for the 2026 construction season.

Project 1026 has been included in the approved 2026-2030 Capital Budget.

Staff recommends approval of the plans and specifications and authorization be granted to the City Clerk to advertise for bids on Contract 26-07, Project 1026, 2026 Street & Utility Improvements Project.
