Resolution approving a contract modification for Contract 26-01, Flood Damage Maintenance Repairs, in the amount of $41,324.60

WHEREAS, a contract modification has been prepared for Contract 26-01, Flood Damage maintenance repairs, Project No. 9906C12; and
WHEREAS, the contract modification provides for additional work associated with adding speed humps, signing, and pavement marking at Hart Park; and
WHEREAS, the amount of the contract modification is $41,324.60, increasing the contract total from $223,362.00 to $264,686.60; and
WHEREAS, funding for the contract modification is part of the traffic calming project fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Wauwatosa that the contract modification for Contract 26-01, Flood Damage maintenance repairs, Project No. 9906C12, in the amount of $41,324.60 is hereby approved.
