Request for approval of contract modification for Contract 26-11 2026 Green Alley
B. Background/Options
A contract modification has been prepared for the Green Alley Project under Contract 26-11, Project No. 10262.
This modification primarily addresses additional work associated with the installation of speed humps, signage, and pavement markings at Hart Park and Kavanaugh Pl.
The total value of this contract modification is $54,352.60. The original contract amount was $319,609.11, bringing the revised contract total to $373,961.71.
These speed humps were previously approved under Contract 26-01, Flood Damage Maintenance Repairs, at the June 17, 2026, Board meeting. The work was subsequently shifted to the Green Alley Project, with three additional speed humps added on Kavanaugh Pl.
