Resolution approving the Wauwatosa Village Business Improvement District 2027 Operating Plan, Budget and Proposed Assessments

WHEREAS, the Wauwatosa Village Business Improvement District has submitted its 2027 operating plan, budget, and proposed assessments for approval as required by municipal ordinance; and
WHEREAS, approval of the operating plan, budget, and proposed assessments allows the City to include the BID special assessments on the 2026 property tax bills for affected properties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Wauwatosa that the Wauwatosa Village Business Improvement District 2027 Operating Plan, Budget and Proposed Assessments are hereby approved for inclusion on the 2026 property tax bills for affected properties.
