A. Issue
JSMKL Inc., d/b/a Jackson's Blue Ribbon Pub, has applied for a new retail Class "B" Beer and "Class B" Liquor license for the 2025-2026 license period for the premises located at 11302 W Blue Mound Road.
B. Background/Options
JSMLK Inc. has acquired Blue Ribbon Pub, LLC, the previous alcohol licensee for the Jackson's Blue Ribbon Pub establishment. Blue Ribbon Pub, LLC has surrendered their alcohol license to the City in conjunction with this application by JSMKL Inc. This is a change in ownership and not a change in the nature or operations of the establishment. The applicant has been in communication with other City departments to ensure all other permits and records are updated after this change.
Jackson's Blue Ribbon Pub of Wauwatosa is a full-service restaurant and beverage establishment located at 11302 W. Blue Mound Road. The establishment includes indoor dining space, a bar area, and an outdoor patio. Current hours of operation are 11:00 AM to 12:00 AM, seven days a week. Kitchen hours run from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM Sunday through Thursday, and 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM on Fridays and Saturdays. Background checks were conducted on the Agent, Kayla Aicher, and four members of JSMKL Inc. No violations substantially related to licensing activities were found. The Agent meets all other qualifications of Wis. Stat. Ch. 125.
