Resolution approving the contract modification for Contract 26-11, 2026 Green Alley, in the amount of $54,352.60

WHEREAS, a contract modification has been prepared for Contract 26-11, Project No. 10262, 2026 Green Alley; and
WHEREAS, the contract modification provides for additional work associated with the installation of speed humps, signage, and pavement markings at Hart Park and Kavanaugh Place; and
WHEREAS, the amount of the contract modification is $54,352.60, increasing the contract total from $319,609.11 to $373,961.71; and
WHEREAS, funding for this contract modification is available in the traffic calming project fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Wauwatosa that the contract modification for Contract 26-11, Project No. 10262, 2026 Green Alley, in the amount of $54,352.60 is hereby approved.
