WHEREAS, JSMKL Inc., located at 11302 W. Blue Mound Road, Wauwatosa, WI, has applied for a new Retail Class “B” Beer and “Class B” Liquor license; and
WHEREAS, the applicant meets the qualifications pursuant to WI. Stat. Sec. §125.04(5); and
WHEREAS, the Government Affairs Committee reviewed the request and recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT a new Retail Class “B” Beer and “Class B” Liquor license be granted to JSMKL Inc., d/b/a Jackson’s Blue Ribbon Pub, Kayla Aicher - Agent, located at 11302 W. Blue Mound Road, for the period ending June 30, 2026.
