Stark Pavement Corp has completed the work for the N 115th STREET IMPROVEMENTS under Contract 23-07/Project Number 323000008. The work took place on N 115th St and Potter Rd.
The final contract value is $1,707,562.72. The original base bid was $1,619,104.01. The final amount due to the contract is $147,525.50.
The final contract value is more than the original bid amount by $88,458.71 as three (3) change orders were needed relating to increased pavement quantity, project delays, and utility interference with proposed storm sewer.
I hereby certify that the work on Contract 23-07/Project 323000008 was completed in a manner satisfactory to the City of Wauwatosa and recommend acceptance of the same by the Board of Public Works.
