Resolution approving application for a new Class “B” Beer and Reserve “Class B” Liquor license by Axolotl Café II LLC, d/b/a Urban Café, 1413 N. 60th Street, Keila Chavarria-Torres - Agent, for the period ending June 30, 2027

WHEREAS, Axolotl Café II LLC, d/b/a Urban Café, located at 1413 N. 60th Street, Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, has applied for a new Retail Class “B” Beer and Reserve “Class B” Liquor license; and
WHEREAS, the agent, Keila Chavarria-Torres, meets the qualifications of Wis. Stat. Ch. 125; and
WHEREAS, the Government Affairs Committee reviewed the application and recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT a new Retail Class “B” Beer and Reserve “Class B” Liquor license be granted to Axolotl Café II LLC, d/b/a Urban Café, Keila Chavarria-Torres - Agent, for the premises located at 1413 N. 60th Street, for the period ending June 30, 2027.
