Resolution approving the East Tosa Business Improvement District 2027 Operating Plan, Budget and Proposed Assessments

WHEREAS, the East Tosa Business Improvement District has submitted its 2027 operating plan, budget, and proposed assessments for approval as required by municipal ordinance; and
WHEREAS, approval of the operating plan, budget, and proposed assessments allows the City to include the special assessments on the 2026 property tax bills for affected properties; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Wauwatosa that the East Tosa Business Improvement District 2027 Operating Plan, Budget and Proposed Assessments are hereby approved, and the assessments shall be included on the 2026 property tax bills for affected properties.
