Resolution approving a contract with Single Source, Inc. for professional real estate services on the Blue Mound Road USH 18 project, CIP Project No. 1123, in the amount of $121,225 and approving an associated Level III fund transfer

WHEREAS, the City of Wauwatosa is responsible for real estate acquisition professional services on Wisconsin Department of Transportation Project I.D. 2200-10-21, USH 18 Blue Mound Road, from North 66th Street to North 106th Street; and
WHEREAS, the City of Milwaukee led a competitive procurement process for real estate services for the project and Single Source, Inc. was selected as the best value firm; and
WHEREAS, WisDOT has requested that each participating municipality contract separately with Single Source, Inc. for its respective professional real estate services; and
WHEREAS, the total contract value for the City of Wauwatosa's professional real estate services is $121,225.00, and a Level III fund transfer in that amount is required to fund the contract in 2026;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Wauwatosa that the proper City officials are authorized to enter into a contract with Single Source, Inc. for professional real estate services on the Blue Mound Road USH 18 project, CIP Project No. 1123, in the amount of $121,225.00, and that a Level III fund transfer in the amount of $121,225.00 is hereby approved.
