Resolution approving intergovernmental cooperation agreement with the City of Milwaukee for repair and maintenance of fire, rescue, and emergency medical equipment and materials

WHEREAS, the City of Milwaukee Fire Department has agreed to provide repair and maintenance services for fire, rescue, and emergency medical equipment and materials as workload allows; and
WHEREAS, the Wauwatosa Fire Department seeks approval of an intergovernmental cooperation agreement with the City of Milwaukee for such services;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Wauwatosa that the proper City officials are authorized to enter into an intergovernmental cooperation agreement with the City of Milwaukee for repair and maintenance of fire, rescue, and emergency medical equipment and materials.
