Resolution granting a new Class “A” Beer and “Class C” Wine license by Lived-in LLC, d/b/a Lived-in, 6528 W. North Avenue, Carly Hurley - Agent, for the period ending June 30, 2027

WHEREAS, Lived-in LLC, d/b/a Lived-in, located at 6528 W. North Avenue, has applied for a new Class “A” Beer and “Class C” Wine license for the period ending June 30, 2027; and
WHEREAS, a background check was conducted on agent and no violations substantially related to licensing activity were found; and
WHEREAS, the Police, Fire, Health, Development, Attorney, and Finance Departments reported no concerns, and there are no outstanding taxes or fees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Wauwatosa, Wisconsin that a new Class “A” Beer and “Class C” Wine license be granted to Lived-in LLC, d/b/a Lived-in, with Carly Hurley as Agent, for the premises located at 6528 W. North Avenue, for the period ending June 30, 2027.
