Mayfair Park Neighborhood Association (MPNA) has submitted a neighborhood sign application for the installation of neighborhood signs and requests approval of the Board of Public Works.

B.                     Background/Options

MPNA has submitted an application for neighborhood signs.  The application and supplemental information are as follows:

- The proposed sign design is enclosed for review.  The sign meets the size and design requirements set forth by the Neighborhood Sign Guidelines.

- MPNA submitted a map of twenty (20) locations.  Staff has reviewed and confirmed all locations are not in conflict with other signage.

- MPNA provided meeting minutes from the MPNA annual meeting dated August 17, 2024 to indicate approval of the sign design.
