WHEREAS, The Village Cheese Shop, 1430 Underwood Avenue, has requested a temporary extension of the licensed premises for Tosa Fest on Friday, September 11, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and Saturday, September 12, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM; and
WHEREAS, the temporary extended premises is described as a tent on the sidewalk outside The Village Cheese Shop for the sale and service of beverages and food; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has reviewed the application and approves the request.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT The Village Cheese Shop, 1430 Underwood Avenue, is hereby authorized to temporarily extend its licensed premises, in accordance with the application on file with the City Clerk, for Tosa Fest on Friday, September 11, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and Saturday, September 12, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the temporary extended premises is described as a tent on the sidewalk outside The Village Cheese Shop for the sale and service of beverages and food.
