A.                     Issue

Engineering is requesting approval of plans and specifications for Contract 26-11 / Project 10262 / 2026 Green Alley. Project limits are within the alley between Mayfair Rd and 102nd, and Beverly Pl and North Ave.

 

 

B.                     Background/Options 

Engineering has prepared the attached plans and specifications for this 2026 Green Alley project. The work is planned for the 2026 construction season.

Project 10262 has been included in the approved 2026-2030 Capital Budget.

Staff recommends approval of the plans and specifications and authorization be granted to the City Clerk to advertise for bids on Contract 26-11, Project 10262, 2026 Green Alley.
