A.                     Background/Options

The applicant is requesting to modify the approved signage at the Mayfair Collection to allow for the following: 

1.                      Sign placement for the bank building currently under construction at the southwest corner of the Mayfair Collection. The previous sign criteria manual was created prior to the bank addition and does not accommodate proposed bank signage.

2.                      Site directional and identification signage along 112^th Street at various locations for tenants and uses located on the interior of the site.

Per code section 15.14.190 Planned Development, signage in a planned development shall be controlled by the provisions in the plan as adopted by the Common Council.

B.                     Staff comments

Planning/Zoning Division: No issues.

Building Division: No issues with the proposal. Sign permits are required for any new installation.

Assessor's Office: No issues.

City Clerk’s Office:  No issues.

Engineering Division:  No issues.

Fire Department:  No issue.
