A.                     Issue

The Engineering Services Division is requesting acceptance of an Easement for Water Main at 3900 N. 124th Street.

 

 

B.                     Background/Options 

In 2009 a 12- inch public water main was installed on the north and west sides of the Target building at 3900 N. 124th Street as part of the redevelopment of the site at that time.  Neither the City nor the property owner have records that the proposed 20-foot-wide easement was accepted by the City or recorded at the County.  The water main and hydrants within this proposed easement are current City assets and are maintained as such.  This document will formalize a public easement within this property.
