A. Issue
Lived-in LLC, d/b/a Lived-in, has applied for a new Class “A” Beer and “Class C” Wine license for the 2026-2027 licensing period for the premises located at 6528 W. North Avenue.
B. Background/Options
Lived-in is a community gathering and retail space where customers can find gifts, grocery, and home goods. The business plans to sell packaged beer and wine for off-premise consumption, and wine for on-premise consumption. More information can be found in the application materials included in the agenda packet.
A background check was conducted on Carly Hurley, the owner and agent, and no violations substantially related to licensing activity were found.

D. Recommendation
I recommend the Common Council grant a new Class “A” Beer and “Class C” Wine license to Lived-in LLC, d/b/a Lived-in, for the period ending June 30, 2027, for the premises located at 6528 W. North Avenue, with Carly Hurley as the appointed agent.
