A.                     Issue/Recommendation

The Tosa Green Summit would like to host their 13th annual collection event in the City Hall parking lot on September 9th and 16th, 2023.  The attached letter summarizes their request and the attached maps show the areas that would be utilized in the City Hall parking lot for each day of the event.  The requested use is consistent with previously held Tosa Green Summit events.  As this use is very beneficial to the residents of Wauwatosa I recommend that the Board approves the request.

 

B.                     Recommendation

Approve the request to utilize a portion of  the City Hall parking lot for the 2023 Tosa Green Summit on September 9th and 16th, 2023.
