Globe Contractors Inc. has completed the work for the 2025 Sanitary Sewer Improvements under Contract 25-09/Project Number 326000002. The work took place on Diane Dr. and Discovery Parkway.
The final contract value is $ 633,015.00. The original base bid was $ 633,240.00. The final amount due to the contractor is $28,391.00
The final contract value is less than the original bid amount by $225.00
I hereby certify that the work on Contract 25-09/Project Number 326000002 was completed in a manner satisfactory to the City of Wauwatosa and recommend acceptance of the same by the Board of Public Works.
