WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works is requesting approval to waive the competitive bid process for an approval of a contract with GRAEF for water main and sanitary sewer design services in conjunction with the reconstruction of North Avenue from Met To Wee to 73^rd Street;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Common Council of the City of Wauwatosa THAT, for the reasons provided at the meeting of the Financial Affairs Committee on July 24, 2024, permission be and the same is hereby granted to waive the competitive bidding process and to authorize the approval of a contract with GRAEF in the amount of $798,500 to provide engineering design services for all water main and sanitary sewer work in conjunction with the planned reconstruction of North Avenue from Met To Wee Lane to 73^rd street.
