Dear Board Members:

 

Globe Contractors, Inc. has completed the work of the 103rd St. Storm Sewer Improvements project and work incidental thereto under Contract 22-05 / Project 4102.  The work took place on N. 103rd St. between W. North Avenue and W. Wright St.

 

The final contract value due to the contractor is $2,550,636.63. The contract award amount was $2,647,187.00.  The final amount due to the contractor is $146,040.83.  There was one change order on the contract that addressed a remobilization of equipment due to a scope change after work was complete and two emergency repairs to the storm sewer system outside of the project limits.

 

I hereby certify that the work on Contract 22-05 / Project 4102 was completed in a manner satisfactory to the City of Wauwatosa and recommend acceptance of the same by the Board of Public Works.
