Resolution approving applications for temporary extension of licensed premises by 6930 Bar LLC d/b/a Walter's on North, 6930 W. North Avenue, for events on August 1, 2026 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM and September 19, 2026 from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM

WHEREAS, 6930 Bar LLC, d/b/a Walter's on North, 6930 W. North Avenue, has requested temporary extensions of the licensed premises for events on August 1, 2026 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM and September 19, 2026 from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM; and
WHEREAS, the temporary extended premises will include the full parking lot of the business.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT 6930 Bar LLC, d/b/a Walter's on North, 6930 W. North Avenue, the holder of a Class “B” beer and "Class B" liquor license at said location, is hereby authorized to temporarily extend its licensed premises, in accordance with the application on file with the City Clerk, for the events on August 1, 2026 and September 19, 2026.
