23-90 - 2023 Fiber
* Interior buildings walk-thru was completed. Awaiting work to be coordinated and scheduled with the facilities.
25-01 - Wisconsin Avenue
* Anticipate walk work to begin in the next few weeks as weather improves.
25-07 - Watertown Plank Road
* Work on driveway replacement scheduled to be complete on 116th Street early the week of 4/20.
* Path paving to be scheduled in coordination with path paving on Watertown Plank in a couple of weeks.
* Concrete work on Watertown Plank east of 116th is continuing through this week to be followed by path grading and paving.
* The contractor is targeting mid-May to flip traffic on Watertown Plank east of 116th and the closure of Watertown Plank west of 116th to complete the remaining utility and road work.
25-07 - 2025 Sanitary Sewer Improvements (Diane Dr. & Discovery Parkway)
* Permanent restoration is being scheduled in the next couple of weeks.
25-25 - Burleigh St. Path and Asphalt Repair
* Complete - Some punch list items will carry over into Spring 2026 due to current weather conditions. Awaiting schedule based on weather.
26-01 - Flood Damage Maintenance Repairs
* Original contract work is mostly complete.
* Awaiting schedule for asphalt work in Hart Park that was added to the contract.
* Work at 103rd Street/North Avenue on the storm sewer is scheduled for mid-May.
26-07 - Maple Terrace, Perry Ct, Laurel Ct.
* Traffic control was set up last week but work start was delayed due to the weather.
* Contractor is mobilizing in early the week of 4/20 and will begin sanitary and storm sewer work.
* Sanitary and storm sewer work is expected to continue over the next couple of weeks.
26-08 - Center Street
* Project has been awarded and the contract is in process of being executed. A preconstruction meeting will be held pending the contractor's anticipated start date.
