A.                     Background/Options 

The Council previously approved a Land Combination via CSM for the Harlow & Hem development on July 16, 2024. The resolution is linked. Pursuant to State Statues, CSMs need to be recorded within twelve months of the final approval date. Due to timing with finalizing development details, it is not possible to record the CSM by the mid-July statutory deadline.
