Ordinance amending Sections 11.36.460 and 11.36.470 of the Wauwatosa Municipal Code to reduce the speed limit from 35 mph to 30 mph along Wisconsin Avenue from North 95th Street to Mayfair Road

The Common Council of the City of Wauwatosa do hereby ordain as follows:
Part I. Subsection D of Section 11.36.460 of the Wauwatosa Municipal Code is hereby deleted in its entirety.
Part II. Subsection R of Section 11.36.470 of the Wauwatosa Municipal Code is hereby created to read as follows:
R. West Wisconsin Avenue from North 95th Street to North Mayfair Road.
Part III. This ordinance shall take effect on and after its date of publication.
