WHEREAS, the Wauwatosa Village BID has requested a Special Event Permit and Temporary Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area for the Tosa Village Holiday Market to be held on State Street, Harwood Avenue, and Underwood Avenue from December 2 through December 6, 2026; and
WHEREAS, the Temporary Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area will allow patrons to purchase alcoholic beverages in approved to-go containers for consumption within the designated event boundaries.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the application for a Special Event Permit and Temporary Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area (TDORA) for the Tosa Village Holiday Market to be held on State Street, Harwood Avenue, and Underwood Avenue from December 2 through December 6, 2026 is hereby approved.
