A. Issue
The Wauwatosa Village Business Improvement District (BID) has applied for a special event permit for a Holiday Market in the Village from December 2-6, 2026. The Village BID is also requesting approval of a Temporary Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area (TDORA) for the event.
B. Event Details
The Holiday Market will be a five-day event in the Tosa Village with holiday-themed vendors, food, and activities. The Village BID is requesting approval of a TDORA for the event.

D. Recommendation
I recommend the Common Council approve the application for a special event permit and TDORA by the Wauwatosa Village BID for the Tosa Village Holiday Market from December 2-6, 2026.
