Resolution approving an encroachment agreement for a parking pad on a City-owned parcel adjacent to 10227 Fischer Parkway, Terry Castonguay, applicant

WHEREAS, Terry Castonguay requested permission for a parking pad encroachment on a City-owned parcel adjacent to 10227 Fischer Parkway; and,
WHEREAS, City Engineering and Public Works staff reviewed the request and have no reservations; and,
WHEREAS, no structures or changes to elevations are permitted on the parcel due to the storm sewer and floodplain conditions;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Wauwatosa, Wisconsin hereby approves an encroachment agreement for a parking pad on the City-owned parcel adjacent to 10227 Fischer Parkway, subject to execution of a hold harmless agreement, proof of insurance naming the City as an additional insured to be renewed annually, and relocation of the shed if it is determined to be located on the City parcel.
