A. Issue
JOFMO LLC, d/b/a Lucky Joe’s Alchemy and Eatery, 1427 Underwood Avenue, has applied for a temporary extension of licensed premise for Tosa Fest on Friday, September 11 and Saturday, September 12, 2026.
B. Background/Options
The applicant is requested to sell and serve alcohol in the extended premise between 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM on Friday, September 11, and between 11:00 AM and 10:00 PM on Saturday, September 12, 2026. The applicant intends to sell alcohol in a 10’x10’ tent on Underwood Avenue. A map of the extended premises is included in the agenda packet for this item.
The application was routed to the Police Department for review. The Police Department reported no concerns with the application and recommends approval.
