A. Background/Options
The applicant is proposing to divide a 5.69-acre parcel into two lots. Lot 1 is proposed to be 2.67 acres in size and Lot 2 is proposed to be 3.02 acres in size. The lots are being created to accommodate a mixed income residential development and a senior housing project that were approved as a Final PUD in July 2022. The development will be located on Lot 2 of the map while Lot 1 will accommodate future development. Creation of the parcel was a condition of approval as part of the approved Final PUD.
