Resolution approving a Level Three fund transfer in the amount of $205,973 for issuance of an employee health insurance dividend

WHEREAS, the preliminary and unaudited 2025 financial results for the Health Insurance Fund reflect a year-end surplus; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Department has recommended issuance of an employee health insurance dividend in the amount of $205,973; and
WHEREAS, issuance of the dividend requires a Level Three fund transfer to increase expenditure authority within the Health Life Fund;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Wauwatosa that a Level Three fund transfer in the amount of $205,973 is hereby approved to increase expenditure authority within the Health Life Fund for the purpose of issuing an employee health insurance dividend.
